We can not avoid our need for money. Apart from the need for people to meet the sense of safety through home ownership, vehicle adequate to support the daily activities of the day, we also need to design quality improvement of the quality of life as we go along. If we are for this want more and more, we need to put an emphasis on quality. Not just fighting for the bonus, but is working toward being happy working together. Not just compete with seeing the end result but rather to understand why other people are wiser, better quality work, and more efficient.
